It is a pretty pin badge from the very successful Czech tractor works, who are still making tractors today. After WW2 when zetor first started large scale production to mechanize agriculture in what was now the Soviet sphere of influence, they had no dedicated factory facility. CZ weapons were experiencing a huge loss of business since WW2 was over and the need for rifles was limited. So early zetors were assembled in the very modern CZ weapons factorys. So this is why early zetors carried the Z in a circle (the logo of CZ weapons) and the text 'Zetor' because they were all manufactured in the CZ weapons factory.The badge face is 1.5cm high and has a long, stick pin style fastener to the rear.
